Shipping costs

  • FREE shipping on orders over $800
  • Orders under $800: $25 shipping fee

Dispatch & shipping times

  • USA fulfillment: All orders are dispatched from our US centers using trusted national partners.
  • 2–10 business days: Typical delivery time from the date of dispatch.
📦 Important: Multiple box deliveries

Orders usually ship in multiple boxes, and each box is processed as a separate consignment by the carrier.

Boxes may arrive on different days depending on delivery routes. This is normal.

Once dispatched, you can view live tracking updates for all boxes in one place through our tracking portal:

Shipping issues

We take great care when packaging your order. If any part of your delivery arrives damaged (internally or externally), please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.

We’ll work quickly with our courier partners to resolve any issues.
